Welcome to PaveSearch.com (“PaveSearch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the creation and viewing of business listings (collectively, the “Service”).

c. Review and Approval: All business listings are subject to review and approval by PaveSearch. We reserve the right to refuse to publish or to remove any listing at our sole discretion, for any reason, including if it violates these Terms, is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.

d. User Reviews and Ratings: PaveSearch may allow users to submit reviews and ratings of businesses listed on the Service. You agree that any reviews you submit will be based on your genuine experience, accurate, and not defamatory, false, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate these standards or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Our Content: All content on PaveSearch.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of PaveSearch or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

b. User Content: By submitting any content (including business descriptions, logos, images, and reviews) to the Service, you grant PaveSearch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Service and PaveSearch’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service in any media formats and through any media channels. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
